Are You Living The Life of Your Dreams
The holidays have begun, and life is stressful. When we're stressed about all the aspects of our lives, we can often allow our health and relationships to suffer. So ask yourself, what is really important in my life? Am I giving my family the quality and the quantity that they need from me? Am I maintaining my health? Am I living in accordance with my beliefs?
Whatever pain you are facing right now, stop running from it. The only way you can get to the next level in your health, wealth, relationships, and personal growth is by not accepting this reality. It is up to you to take action, embrace the pain, and face the fears that challenge you. Being busy can temporarily mask the hurt. Healing begins when you take the time to deal with your issues.
MAP (massive action plan) your days, then execute with persistence. We all need a new opportunity, a new beginning. Let’s cut the excuses and get focused now.
Here are three things to do today to start upgrading your lifestyle:
1 Change your self-talk. The inner dialogue guides the outer existence and results.
2 Identify the gap between where you are now and where you want to be. Do you know where you want to be? Set crystal clear goals for the rest of 2025, leading into 2026!
3 Find a mentor, coach, or role model to start upgrading the way you think and increasing your standards.
It's hard to think like anyone other than ourselves.
I have a higher standard of expectation for myself. My goals will not build themselves. I am out of bed every morning at 3 am, where I focus on my spiritual and mental health first thing. I watch daily mass, then meditate for 20 minutes. I get out of bed and do a simple yoga routine. By 530am, I start my training clients. (I still have a couple of morning spots available if anyone is interested.) I do this because the results have proven themselves over and over.
Success in life is influential, so surround yourself with more successful people. Find a mentor or life coach you admire, model, and can learn from. Set a new standard for yourself. Life Coaching is part of my training and nutrition programs, as well as patient consultations. Utilize fitness and nutritional tools to help guide you toward a healthier, more meaningful life. Looking great is a bonus! Seeing people achieve their goals can be very invigorating.
