New Year Updates
Dear SyRoc Clients and Patients ,
I continue to strive at provide exceptional and affordable care to each and every one of you. Not only do I want to give you the experience and service you expect, but I pride myself in going above and beyond.
Kindly be informed that as of January 1st, my rates will increase for all visits. This new rate reflects our increased costs and is in line with market rates according to my experience and credentials. We can assure you that the rate increase is a part of my mission to maintain my practice's quality of care.
As of January 1st, I will also be modifying our cancellation and/or “no show” policy. As a result of a noticeable increase in no shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, I will require all patients to pay a $50 deposit fee upon booking a appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, or there is a no show, this fee will be utilized and nonrefundable. After session is received, this $50 will be applied to the new rates and remaining balance must be paid immediately. I ask that you please give 24 hours notice out of respect to those patients who are on a waiting list to be seen. Without adequate notice, it becomes exponentially more difficult to accommodate those patients that are on my waitlist.
