HOW WILL MY COACH TRACK MY PROGRESS OR ADJUST
MY PLAN IF NEEDED?
All online fitness coaches have different tracking of client
progression, but our app allows you to send in weekly check-ins
with your current weight photos. Your meal plan is also sent to
you via the app, so it’s never lost. If necessary, we phone calls or
video calls (FaceTime, WhatsApp, or Facebook video) to check in
with clients, discuss their plans and progress, and make
immediate changes or adjustments to ensure their programs are
WHO IS GOING TO HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE?
I have a simple motto, “Follow and Achieve.” Yes, it is that easy.
The plan created for you is particular but is also just as simple. As
previously mentioned, there are ways that your coach can and will
hold you accountable, but ultimately YOU must hold yourself
responsible. This is hugely empowering! You’ll be opening
yourself up to the personal satisfaction you’ll feel from setting a
goal, holding yourself accountable, and achieving that goal. It
allows you to take charge of your success and feel a huge level of
accomplishment. Working with an online professional comes with
a high level of personal accountability, but with support and
encouragement and knowing that knowledge and expertise are
backing you, you’ll be confident and booming in pursuing your
health and fitness goals.
Lastly, rest assured that online fitness programs have an
outstanding proven record of success that is frequently higher
than other in-person coaching programs. So now the ball is in
