HOW STRETCHING WORKS
If you haven’t had an assisted stretch before, prepare for a great time! We begin by discussing your current flexibility and any injuries you may have and walk you through your session. Stretches are performed on a massage table or a yoga mat on the floor. Your stretch won’t be painful, as we communicate throughout your stretch session to gauge your comfort level.
